Progressive Insurance Concierge Level of Claims Service

With Progressive's concierge level of claims service, you save time and effort by having them manage your repairs.

Their concierge level of claims service is available throughService Centers across the country. When you report your claim, they let you know if there is one nearby and you can decide whether you'd like to use the service.

Report your claim online any time of the day or night. Then, just schedule an appointment and drop off your car at one of our Service Centers and we take care of the rest — from writing estimates to arranging repairs with a body shop in our network of repair facilities. If you want to rent a car, they even have those on site. You're on your way in about 15 minutes. Progressive takes care of your claim from start to finish — and they guarantee the repairs for as long as you own or lease your car.
Often, people shop around for repair estimates to get the best deal. This takes time and can delay the start of repairs. When you use the concierge level of claims service, Progressive takes care of everything — from preparing your estimate to working with one of their network auto repair shops to get your car fixed. Progressive will reach an agreement with the shop on the cost of the repairs; the shop then transports the vehicle from the Service Center to its facility, and the repair process begins. Progressive keeps you up to date on the repair status, and you can check up on your claim any time by calling them or visiting the Manage Your Policy section of the Web site.

Auto Masters Collision Centers have been a part of the Progressive Concierge Program for almost ten years. We have found that this service has been very valuable to our customers and we will continue to be a part of this service as long as our customers need it.

Auto Masters Collision - San Antonio

Auto Masters Collision in San Antonio has been a staple in the north central communites for almost 40 years. Currently we are located on Oakland Road off Huebner close to Babcock.

This location was a forgotten collision center that we remodeled to what it is now. After almost 9 months of renovation, bringing everything up to code and the Auto Masters Collision standards, we have been operating in that location for almost three years now.

You can contact Auto Masters San Antonio at 210-699-4000 or you can find them at 8803 Oakland Road just behind the automotive mechanic shops.

Auto Masters Collision - Victoria, Texas

Our latest location to join the Auto Masters family was our location in Victoria, Texas. This location was previously the Ashley Furniture store and we remodeled it to our largest and most up to date collision center.

This shop is completly air conditioned and heated (which our employees love) and occupies approx. 27,000 SF total. We have paint booths and alignment machines that can accomodate the large farm and ranch trucks that are in our area.

Kenny is our manager at that shop and has been with us since just before we officially opened our doors for business. He is very knowledgeable in the automotive industry and will make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of.

Finding Cheap Gas

If you are like most people, you probably have a smart phone. One app that I found that can help you find places with the least expensive gas is the GasBuddy App for the iPhone. The GasBuddy app uses GPS technology to find either the 100 gas stations closest to you or all stations within a 50-mile radius and then ranks them according to price. You can also search by city, state or ZIP Code. The free app is available for the iPhone, Droid and Windows 7 phones; a version for the BlackBerry comes out next month.

There is also another app you acn use called iGasUp. With iGasUp, an app for the iPhone, you can find the 10 cheapest stations within a radius of your choosing, though it won't include every station in the area. This app, which costs $2.99 per year, relies on credit-card transaction information for prices that are updated within three days.

Summer Car Tips

Summertime is travel time. Even with gasoline prices at an all-time high, Americans can't resist the lure of sunny skies and the open road. According to a survey by AAA, 31.7 million Americans planned to travel by car over Memorial Day weekend 2008, despite gas prices that are an average of $.60 more per gallon over the previous year.

Before hitting the road this summer, you can take several simple precautions to keep your family safe and save money at the pump. Extreme heat and long drives can be tough on cars. Cracked hoses, leaky radiators, underinflated tires and dirty filters can significantly lower your fuel efficiency, or worse, lead to a total breakdown.
